for us to create a new category (where possible)
We will call you if there is a conflict with any other area, region.
Note: A 'Category' is an Area or Region around a city or major regional centre.
ie: Brisbane CBD, Melbourne Inner South-east, Melbourne Outer north, Wagga Wagga
